Musical bands, folk groups, food and wine tours and conferences on the theme of origins are the protagonists of the events in Rocchetta Sant’Antonio (Foggia) in 2024, the Year of Italian roots in the world.
The events, which begin in April 2024, continue until February 2025.
On August 15, an important event for the community is the Feast of San Rocco; from 24 to 26 August, the celebrations for the Madonna del Pozzo are accompanied by historical and cultural initiatives and the awarding of special awards to Italian descendants who have distinguished themselves abroad.
A review of musical bands and typical dishes animate the traditional feast of Sant’Antonio Abate from 16 to 17 January 2025, which welcomes fireworks and torchlight processions in honor of the saint.
