The experience

“Con le mani in pasta” is a workshop experience that will allow you to work alongside Apulian masters in the preparation of typical bakery and pastry products, but also dairy products, whose ancient knowledge is preserved and handed down from generation to generation. What could be more beautiful than being able to taste one of the most delicious local products – from frisa to pasticciotto, from taralli to mozzarella, and much more – of which the different stages of preparation will be revealed to you, which you yourself will have experienced? Wheat pasta and milk pasta will be the material with which you can give life to those products that have made Apulian cuisine famous in the world, taking home a memory imprinted in your hands as well as on the palate.
